to them, in their sole discretion, the right to make any modifications to the property, without prior notice, whenever they

THAT THE GUIN FAMILY AND ANY PERSON EMPLOYED BY THEM ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE, EITHER JOINTLY OR INDIVIDUALLY, AND ARE RELEASED
FROM ALL LIABILITY, FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, EXPENSE OR INJURY OF ANY KIND TO YOU OR YOUR PROPERTY DURING YOUR TRIP, CAUSED BY,
BUT NOT LIMITED TO, TRAVEL DELAYS, FAILURE OF PUBLIC UTILITIES OR SERVICES, MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN, LOST PROPERTY, WEATHER,
STRIKE, WAR, ACT OF GOD, OR OTHER ACT WHICH CONSTITUTES A FORCE OF NATURE. *Please include legible photo copy of driver’s licenses of all adults 19 years of age and
