The large, private backyard is well-shaded and fully fenced in. It has a picnic area with an umbrella, table & chairs, a hammock, and a charcoal grill just outside the back door. There is also an extra wide gate on the side allowing storage for boat trailers. There are a couple of ice chests, beach toys, and several beach chairs, adult & child size, for your use.
